Falcon Travelers

Dutch Design Leather, Est 2013

First week of the December Daily Journalling challenge done. I’m quite happy with how things are going, even though I missed 1 day writing the blog… at least I journalled every day and took some time to be creative just for me. It may not be much, but it definitely helps to keep me sane during these busy weeks.

It may not be much and I’m not splashing paint around, but it’s just enough right now and I’m keeping memories as I go along.

I created a set with Prompts at the start of this month, just in case I didn’t know what to write about… so far I haven’t really done much with it.

This weekend I was going to set up the tree today and watch Love Actually tomorrow…but, life got in the way and now the tree goes up tomorrow and Love actually is happening tonight 😉

It’s a bit of a tradition with us to watch this movie in December. Funny how quickly something becomes a tradition.

My Traveler’s Notebook is starting to get nice and chunky and I added some extra bookmarks, because over the top is really the theme of this month…

I started decorating and filling the Monthly lay-out and it’s slowly becoming one of my favorite spots in my notebook 😉

The weekly lay-out that I made at the start of the week is also filled out now and I’m really happy with how this worked, just a few notes every day, just enough to get a birds eye view of the week.

I’m also really happy with my little design elements and I’m definitely going to make a few more of those and maybe even shrink my little TV and create a few more elements, like some extra photo frames with text … That’ll be for next week though.

First things first, Movie night tonight and the Xmas tree tomorrow… Have a lovely weekend

xoxo Monique
