This weekend, November 23-25, we’re at the Creaweekend event in Rijswijk with a collection of our Notebooks. You can find us at the Planners cafe in the back of the great hall. This time I will also be hosting a workshop there. I developed a December Daily Journal insert especially for the Lady Falcon Travelers workshop at the event.
The December Daily Journaling insert is for a regular size Traveler’s Notebook and in Dutch, since the event is in the Netherlands.
After the event I will make the insert available as a free download, both in Dutch and English, which you can find here.
Both the insert and the workshop at the Creaweekend are in Dutch.
The workshop will be about an hour, during which we will fold and bind the insert. Cut the notebook to the right size and decorate it with the provided ephemera stickers, old dictionary pages, washi tape and ink.
I’ve added an envelope in the kit and a pocket for the cover, so you have plenty of room to store all the stuff you collect during December to use in your notebook for journaling.
I made 4 different ephemera sticker kits.
These won’t be available for download via my site, but if you want to purchase these images yourselves, you can find them here.
Kit 1 Vintage Photo Sepia
Kit2 Vintage Photo Noir
Kit 3 Vintage Illustrations Santa
Kit 4 Vintage Illustrations Music
The December Daily insert will have room for daily journaling throughout December, as well as an overview of the whole month at the start.
The Daily journaling / planning pages only have a day and date at the top, so you can decorate it in your own style.
There’s also room for some important tasks and notes.
As well as some pages for your Menu planning.
Which of course wouldn’t be complete without a recipe list and grocery list.
The holidays are usually the time to give gifts and send cards, so of course there’s room for that as well.
All in all a really nice little memory keeping / planning notebook for this years December.
I will fill my own notebook throughout December and aim to write a blogpost with pics every day (be it a short one)… I’d love to see your notebooks and how they develope during the month.
I’ll also post a December Daily Journaling prompt … after the event this weekend.
I hope you join in with the fun and if you are in Rijswijk this weekend, come join us at the workshop table. There’s no need to sign up, but if you want to you can send an email to hello at falcontravelers dot com.
There are several other lovely workshops there, so come and check them out.
Don’t want to participate in a workshop, then stop by to say hi, I’d love to meet you off-line =)
Have a lovely weekend,
XOXO Monique
