Falcon Travelers

Dutch Design Leather, Est 2013

Just a quick post with face #3 for the 29 faces in 30 days, september 2013 challenge.

I first drew the face on some bookpages and then cut her out.

And glued her to a background in my art journal.

I then painted her with acrylic paints and added some details with aquarel pencils. After which I added the final detail with india ink and white gel pen.

She’s very difficult to photograph, because the purple paint is pearlescent.

I like her, but I do feel the page is not finished yet, but just to keep on shedule I’ll post her now and figure out later what else to add to the page.

Thank you for watching and I wish you a lovely day.

What a great idea! I think I'm going to have to do some of these too. Now it's just a matter of finding some books that are both significant and disposable.
